Can I select my stylist, or will you just assign someone?

Yes, clients are able to select their stylists.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates are available at our location as well as online at alexandredeparis.com/product/gift-cards/

Do you offer same day appointments?

Yes, same day appointments are available.

What if I need an adjustment to my cut or color?

If a client requests adjustment to a cut or color, they can contact the salon and schedule to come in for adjustments to be made.

What if I’m not happy with my cut, or color?

In the rare occasion where a client might not be happy with their service, we kindly would like to invite them back to give us the opportunity to make things right and have them fully satisfied.

What if I’m not satisfied with my spa, body, etc. treatment?

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that all clients make appointment cancelations 24 hours prior to the appointment. In the event that multiple cancelations occur within 24 hours of appointment time we will request a non refundable 50% deposit at the time of all future appointment bookings.
