Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Alexandre de Paris Beauty Salon & Spa, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with exceptional service. To ensure that all of our clients receive the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.

Appointments:
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, adjustments are necessary, and life happens. However, to respect the time of our clients and stylists, we have established the following policies.

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.

No-Show Policy: 
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice may result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. Repeat no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate the next client.

Deposit Policy:
For some appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees under extenuating circumstances.

Booking Agreement:
By booking an appointment at Alexandre de Paris Beauty Salon & Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our cancellation policy.
